I cannot say enough wonderful things about Fall Springs. My mother, 90 years old fell and broke her upper femur. I had a week to find home care and I would never use anyone else other than Fall springs health. Such a professional organization, amazing care and wonderful aides. I give them a 12/10!!!

I have been a very satisfied customer of Falls Spring for many months. I have a “mobility issue”—a great weakness-- with one leg which requires me to use a walker to walk (with an aide next to me to assure I don’t fall) and a wheelchair for distances (pushed by an aide).  I need assistance from the aide in dressing, bathing, toileting, getting in and out of bed and chairs, and exercising.  Also, I employ the aides generally for all manner of household activity, including light housekeeping, including that they assist my wife in cooking and serving my meals.  I cannot speak too highly of all the aides Falls Spring sends to me, and also of the efficiency with which Falls Spring handles the administration of my case.  Their rates are reasonable.  The aides are very well trained, willing, quick on the uptake with all their tasks, and with pleasant demeanors so that working with them is always satisfactory, if not exactly a pleasure because I am struggling.  They help me with my struggles most efficiently and cheerfully.   I would recommend Falls Spring and its personnel and its services to anyone
